Dave Bronson Eats Some Special Dessert

Filed under: Extreme — Tags: — admin @ 1:38 am

Last night Dave Bronson decided to buy some cake from the local Tesco supermarket. He spent some time looking at the shelves and decided he would like an egg custard. After buying it, he told our reporter that he was thoroughly looking forward to savouring its delights. The last thing he expected was to be beaten up by local mixed martial arts experts. And luckily for Dave, this did not happen.

Bronson however did get some lovely cake down his T-shirt, spoiling his look, and meaning that he needed to get changed before going to the pub. All in all Bronson did not have a good day, and needed to exercise better control.

Dave Bronson may be no relation whatsoever to Charles Bronson of fightwear and mixed martial arts fame, and that comes as no surprise to everyone who knows him, they couldn’t be more different. I can’t see Charlie Bronson spilling egg custard down his fightwear T-shirts.

How to Dress for the Summer with Surf Clothing and Other Apparel

Filed under: Extreme — Tags: — admin @ 11:34 pm

As summer rolls around it is another season that you have to dress for. This means another closet update to make sure that what you have got is still acceptable at the very least. Most summer clothing is light, coming in various colors and in less layers. Places of business even have a tendency to relax their dress codes to allow employees to adjust to the heat. Here are some clothing styles that you should be thinking about this summer. Beach clothing can range anywhere from simple clothing such as board shorts to specialized gear for boarders consisting mainly of surf clothing. A casual look in summer is mainly for those short errands where it is more important to dress lightly and functionally for the heat. Vintage shirts and flip flops are a great casual statement in the summer. A more uptown look means upgrading your clothing into structured styles made mainly for the summer.

Concepts in the Execution of Self Defense Techniques

Filed under: Extreme — Tags: — admin @ 6:42 am

Before a student does any of the self defense techniques, he or she should know and thoroughly understand the underlying concepts of self defense and attacking and defending. A student in self defense should know the different ranges of attack. This determines the reach of an attacker and the defender. Then there is the line of attack where in the defender should understand that all attacks occur in a straight imaginary line and that the student should get out of the line of attack of the aggressor and then use the self defense techniques to attack or make a counter-attack against the aggressor. Next the student should know of the target areas wherein he or she can strike to cause great pain therefore stunning or rendering the aggressor dizzy, dazed, immobilized or unconscious. The student should also know that his or her decisiveness, presence of mind and reaction time are of utmost importance in being able to defend and protect him or herself. The student should realize that all the concepts in the execution of the techniques in self defense occur in just a split second and all of these are interconnected.

My Car Is My A To B Machine

Filed under: Extreme — Tags: — admin @ 6:42 pm

Many people are a little too obsessed with cars in my humble opinion. Why buy a brand new car when it drops almost half in price after 3 years and 40,000 miles? Also who can afford the insurance on a new car?

If I want to drive something fast and exotic, I’ll go on one of these driving experience days down at my local circuit and get that kind of need out of my system, then hop in my cheap, reliable car and thank myself I’m not saddled with the burden of an expensive car.

Give me an old school car and I will fix it up and make it sweet. Pay cheap insurance and get a permanent plate on it. I dont need to be fancy and impress people with a new car. Cars are a bad investment and we only need them to get us from point A to point B. I just need it to be reliable.
